Legend of Residential Marketing (NAHB)

Legends of Residential Marketing are honored for significant contributions to the industry over time. The select group honored as Legends demonstrate exceptional creativity and innovation in new-home marketing, and are celebrated at The Nationals℠ awards ceremony.

William "Bill" Molster Award (NAHB)

The Molster Award is an annual award given to the most outstanding sales and marketing professional in the nation. Robert is the only person to have received this prestigious honor twice (2002 and 1996).

Institute of Residential Marketing College of Fellows (NAHB)

The College of Fellows is the IRM's biggest honor. Only 8 individuals hold this Fellowship worldwide. (inducted 2008)

International Real Estate Trade Organization (IRETO)

Award for contribution and devotion to the real estate industry (2005)

National Sales and Marketing Council (NAHB)

• Chairmanship Award (2000)
• Ranked number one speaker for the year (1996)

• Ranks 2nd all-time in NAHB membership recruitment and retention (2,800+ Spike credits)

Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver 

• MAME Legends Award for career achievements in the real estate industry and contributions to the HBA and NAHB (2013)
• MAME Man of the Year (1982)

Show Home for Hope Colorado

Distinguished service award for founding and chairing the Show Home for Hope project (1993-1996)
